FEES AND DEPOSITS

We like to be 100% transparent with our fees, we don’t want them to be hidden.

All bookings are subject to a one time booking fee of €25 (non refundable) – this confirms your booking with us.

Out of Hours Pickup & Drop offs

If you require a vehicle outside of our opening hours (Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm) or at weekends we will be happy to accommodate you. There will be a charge of €25 per drop off or collection for this service.

Speeding / Parking Fines

If you receive a speeding / parking fine we will charge an administration fee of €35, regardless of the fine amount. This fee will automatically be charged to the card that we hold on file for you without notice.

Card Processing Fees

Due to brexit, if you are paying using a non EU card there will be a card processing fee of between €8.50 – €12.50 dependant on the amount. Reoccurring payments will incur a €8.50 processing fee per month.

If you are using a card from elsewhere in the world charges will be €25 maximum

Deposits

All rentals require a damages deposit, this is taken at the beginning of the rental. Your deposit acts as your insurance excess in the event of a fault accident.

Deposits will automatically be returned to the card we hold on file within 14 days of your return. We require this time to check for any outstanding speeding or parking violations.
