What is your minimum rental period?
Long term 28 days, short term 7 days.
What is your required minimum age?
25 (Drivers under 25, will incur an additional premium)
What is the maximum age?
70 years old
Is the insurance included?
Yes insurance is included with excess.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes €250 – £500 dependant on the vehicle and duration of the rental. The deposit is taken at the beggining of the rental and returned at the end. Your deposit acts as your insurance excess in the event of a fault claim.
Is it unlimited mileage?
What happens if I breakdown?
Your policy includes 24-hour breakdown assistance. To contact the breakdown company please call 91-807 3701 if you require an English speaking operator, then please ask. Stay with the vehicle until the breakdown company arrives to give assistance.
How old are your cars?
We provide used and approved cars, aged between 5 & 8 years old, all of which are serviced maintained every 6 months and all ITV’d.
Do you provide a courtesy car?
Yes, we have courtesy cars available (subject to availability)
Do I have to return the car each month?
No, you only need to return the car every 6 months for its ITV and servicing.
Do we pay monthly?
Yes – we will add your details to our secure payment platform, you will then be billed automatically monthly on your renewal date.
Can we drive into Gibraltar?
Yes – we provide a “Green Card” as part of the insurance.
Can I take the vehicle outside of Spain?
All vechiles must remain in Aundulacia, if you wish to travel further, you must obtain our prior authorisation.
How long does it take to get the deposit back?
Deposits are returned within 14 days of your return date to allow us time to check for any outstanding speeding or parking violations.
Where do we collect the cars from?
Duquesa or Estepona
Can we pick the car up at Malaga or Gibraltar Airport?
We do not opperate from the airports, we do however offer private airport transfers via our partner Happy Transfers – they will bring you directly to our offices.
Can we collect or return a car, outside of office hours?
Yes – There is an additional fee of €25
Are windscreen and tyres covered in the rental?
What documents are required to hire a car?
Passport, Driving Licence, Proof of Spanish Address, NIE/National Insurance
Do you require a DVLA check?
Yes – The cost of this is €12.50 per driving licence. This is a mandatory requirement prior to hire. This checks for any disqualifications on an individual’s licence and also the validity of the licence
