Booking Information

• Please note: A €48 booking fee is required to secure your booking. This is taken once vehicle availability is confirmed and is fully refundable if your chosen dates cannot be accommodated.
• Damage Deposit/Insurance Excess: A €500 damage deposit is required. This deposit also serves as your insurance excess in the event of an at-fault claim. It will be processed at the beginning of the rental and refunded at the end of the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
• Mandatory Fee: All rentals are subject to a mandatory €24.95 fee. This covers additional breakdown cover, bank charges, card charges, and subscription costs. This fee is refundable if the rental does not proceed.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience. We do not accept cash payments. Please note that providing a credit card is not mandatory.
• We use a 3D secure payment processor for your security. If you choose a 30-day rolling contract, your card will be automatically billed monthly.
• Please note: As a long-term rental company, we do not offer Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
• Pickup Locations: Vehicles can be collected from our Estepona location. Pickup from our Casares location is available for a small additional charge. Please indicate your preferred pickup location on the booking enquiry form.
• Age Restrictions: Our rental services are available to individuals between the ages of 25 and 70. This age restriction is due to insurance requirements. Customers outside this age range are requested to contact us directly to discuss rental options.
• Airport Transfers: Please note that we do not operate directly from Malaga Airport. However, we work with a reliable private airport transfer company who can pick you up from Malaga Airport and bring you directly to our office. Please contact us for further details and to arrange this service.
• Free Extra Driver: All rentals include an extra driver free of charge, allowing you to share the driving responsibilities.
• Minimum Rental Period: All our vehicles have a minimum rental period of 30 days. We do not offer short-term rentals.
