As of December 2nd, 2024, a new law in Spain, *Royal Decree 933/2021*, requires us to collect certain information from all our rental car customers. This decree aims to enhance public safety and prevent illicit activities by improving the identification of individuals renting vehicles.

*Rental Start and End Dates:*

*Vehicle Details:* (Make, model, registration number)
